Cindy Faust drives strategic development and revenue-creating customer engagement programs in partnership with clients to help position them for growth and success. She is responsible for setting strategic direction for our global commercial Centers of Excellence, which includes defining our future vision and roadmap, product and service offerings, and our partnership framework. Prior to her current role, she held numerous global leadership roles in Client Development, Product Management, and Loyalty Technology Services for the Americas, aligning marketing technology design and delivery to create fully integrated customer engagement and data solutions. Prior to joining Aimia, Cindy held IT leadership positions with Carlson Companies in Global Shared Services, supporting the portfolio of businesses in marketing, travel & hospitality, restaurants and real estate, and with GE Capital providing technology professional services. She has earned various collegiate degrees including an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a degree in Business Administration from Bethel University.
